Infor Manila Center of Excellence Overview:
As a Manager in the Manila Center of Excellence (CoE), you will be part of Infor Consulting Services (ICS) global community of 3,500 domain and technical experts who are dedicated to helping customers realize business success with the use of Infor’s products and solutions. In your career as a Manager in the Manila CoE, you will oversee multiple implementations, and work with multiple customers in different countries and industries. You will become an expert in Infor’s products and technologies, understand how Infor products are implemented, and learn how they are used by our customers in a wide variety of industries.

Job Summary:
Driven. Passionate. Committed. Our Manila Center of Excellence managers drive implementations of Infor solutions for our customers across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions. We are subject matter experts of our Infor solutions, capitalizing on our industry knowledge to efficiently provide our customers solutions to enhance their business processes.
Infor’s Center of Excellence team in Manila is looking for a manager who can run and develop our Project Management Office. If hired, you will be a member of the Manila Center of Excellence, a key component of the global Infor Consulting Services team, responsible for implementing Infor products for customers around the world.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
As Manager of the Project Management Office, the candidate will be required to perform the following:
• Provide program management oversight to the large offshore efforts for M3, S3 and HCM projects.
• Establish and drive the training and development program for all project managers within the CoE.
• Establish and ensure compliance of an offshore development methodology that integrates with the Infor Deployment Method.
• Develop and drive a project quality measurement and tracking program for the CoE.
• Establish and report on metrics to measure project progress and status.
• Lead the Manila CoE practice improvement programs.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of experience managing the implementation of large ERP software packages such as Infor M3, Infor Lawson S3, Oracle, SAP, or JD Edwards.
- Experience in driving quality programs for a consulting services organization
- Experience in leading a project management office.
- Experience in leading and motivating a team of project managers.
- Experience in developing organization metrics to track implementation progress and status
- With PM certification.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and planning skills
- Must exhibit strong leadership skills, the ability to develop a vision and goals for a team, and drive a team towards that vision and goals.

- Must be willing to travel for customer facing engagements and for organizational meetings on both short and long term assignment.
