As a Project Manager in the Manila Center of Excellence (CoE), you will be part of Infor Consulting Services (ICS) global community of 3,500 domain and technical experts who are dedicated to helping customers realize business success with the use of Infor’s products and solutions. We are subject matter experts of our Infor solutions, capitalizing on our industry knowledge to efficiently provide our customers solutions to enhance their business processes.
Infor’s Center of Excellence team in Manila is looking for project managers who can successfully deliver customer projects through energetic and intellectual leadership. If hired, you will be a member of the Manila Center of Excellence, a key component of the global Infor Consulting Services team, responsible for implementing Infor products for customers around the world.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
As an Infor Center of Excellence Project Manager, the candidate will be required to perform the following:
• Initiate and plan a project.
Establish Infor and customer alignment to the project statement of work. Establish Infor Deployment Method work breakdown structure with the customer. Establish project roles and responsibilities. Organize the project team. Develop the detailed project plan.
• Drive execution of a project.
Lead the customer and Infor project teams to achieve project objectives. Manage quality processes, project issues and risks. Ensure Infor Deployment Method is applied throughout the project. Review and approve project deliverables. Manage Infor resources and third party subcontractors. Manage customer relationship and expectations.
• Monitor and Control.
Track project status and communicate status to project stakeholders. Manage project change control procedures. Monitor and control the project budget. Monitor quality of deliverables. Hold team meetings and provide project status and performance feedback. Present project status at customer steering committee meetings. Manage project engagement to planned profitability target.
• Close a project.
Obtain final project acceptance. Transition all project deliverables to Infor Global Support and/or Managed Services. Survey project stakeholders and analyze results. Provide feedback to Infor consultants and execute procedure to release the team. Formally close the project.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience managing the implementation of large ERP software packages such as Infor M3, Infor Lawson S3, Oracle, SAP, or JD Edwards
- Must have experience leading multiple (preferably 3 or more) full cycle ERP implementations
- Preferably with PM certification.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and planning skills
- Must exhibit strong leadership abilities.
- Must be collaborative to work as a team member and as a liaison with customers.
- Applicants must be willing to work at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
- Flexible to work on US, EMEA and/or APAC shifts when necessary.
- Must be willing to travel for customer facing engagements on both short and long term assignment.
