Infor Manila Center of Excellence Overview:
As a Consultant in the Manila Center of Excellence (CoE), you will be part of Infor Consulting Services (ICS) global community of 3,500 domain and technical experts who are dedicated to helping customers realize business success with the use of Infor’s products and solutions. In your career as a CoE Consultant, you will be part of multiple implementations, and work with multiple customers in different countries and industries. You will become an expert in Infor’s products and technologies, understand how Infor products are implemented, and learn how they are used by our customers in wide variety of industries.

Job Summary:

Our Manila Center of Excellence consultants deliver customizations, systems analysis, training, and client support for Infor M3 customers across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions. We are subject matter experts of our Infor M3 product suite, capitalizing on our industry knowledge to efficiently provide our customers solutions to enhance their business processes.
Infor’s Center of Excellence team in Manila is looking for Technical Consultants with in-depth knowledge in one of more of the following industries: Manufacturing, Distribution, Food and Beverage, Fashion and/or Equipment Service and Rental (ESM&R). If hired, you will be a member of the Manila Center of Excellence, a key component of the global Infor Consulting Services team, responsible for implementing Infor products for customers around the world.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
As an Infor Center of Excellence Technical Consultant for M3, the candidate will be required to perform the following:
- Develop a working knowledge of the Infor M3 ERP Suite’s technical infrastructure, development environments, third party products used to support the Infor M3 applications.
- Develop strong technical consulting skills surrounding Infor M3 application (and related third party) technologies and tools in order to perform product customizations, modifications and related consulting/training activities.
- Responsible for analyzing and interpreting client requirements, drafting functional descriptions and/or programming specifications as required.
- Maintain and update skills on the most recent releases of Infor products and applications, specifically around the Infor M3 ERP Suite, and third party tools to continue to provide a high level of service to Infor customers.
- Develop a working knowledge of the Infor Deployment Methodology and tools used to provide an accurate, complete and successful implementation, which includes organizational understanding of all the Infor positions and responsibilities as part of the implementation.
- Maintaining regular contact with the Infor Project Manager or engagement owner and the client’s technology project team. Coordinating communication within the Infor Consulting Services team to include identification of client expectations, critical business issues, and any pertinent information discovered during the turnover process with the sales team.
- Complete all required documentation as part of the implementation, including status reports, exit documents, expense reporting, technical documentation, testing documentation, etc.
- Must have and maintain a high level of communication skills, both written and oral.
- Provides clients with consulting expertise and “best practice” recommendations around enhancing the standard Infor products, tool utilization, staging of enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years experienced employees specializing in the implementation of large ERP software packages such as Infor M3, Infor Lawson S3, Oracle, SAP, or JD Edwards is an advantage
- At least 3 years JAVA or C# development experience preferably performed on ERP applications. Working knowledge on integration tools and mobile applications development on C++ is a plus.
- Applicants must be willing to work at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
- Flexible to work on US, EMEA and/or APAC shifts when necessary.
- Must be willing to travel for customer facing engagements on both short and long term assignment.
