• 6-9 years software engineering experience;
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent;
• A minimum of 18 months to 3 years of proven development experience with C# and/or VB.NET, as well as client-side Javascript.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft operating system architecture, with particular interest in aspects pertaining to web applications
• A minimum 3 years of MS SQL Server or Oracle development experience and Web development;
• Experience developing commercial grade software applications, preferably developing payroll or accounting applications;
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills;
• Strong understanding of business applications;

PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
• Background in Crystal Reports
• Experience in developing applications using Dojo Javascript Framework, MVC and NHibernate.
• Experience in developing applications for CRM
• Experience in agile processes such as SCRUM or Extreme Programming
• Experience with Test Driven Development and unit testing frameworks such as NUnit/MBUnit
