Role: System & Application Administrator
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 4-5 years
Education: B.E/B.Tech degree in Computer Science or related degree
Experience:
• 4-5 years of System & Application Administration based on Windows/Linux and large scale web based application deployments
• Working Experience on Amazon Web Services
• Experience on databases such as Oracle and/or SQL Server
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Strong problem solving & analytical skills.
• Flexible to work on various Time Zones such as US Time Zone if needed.
Required Skills:
• Strong system administration skills on Windows & Linux such as OS patching, OS Hardening, Active Directory Design etc.,
• Working Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Security Groups, ELBs, Auto Scaling etc.,and strong troubleshooting skills on various AWS Services
• Skills on Installation & Deployment of Applications
• Experience with Configuration Management System like SaltStack, Chef, Puppet etc.,
• Experience on various versions of Window and Linux operating systems and strong skills on Shell scripting
• Experience on Security related areas such as SSL Certificates, Security monitoring, intrusion prevention, Vulnerability scanning, Penetration testing etc.,
• Basic skills on SQL Server and Always on Availability Groups
• Knowledge on Networking design
• Knowledge on Single Sign On concepts such as AD FS, Ping Federate etc.,
• Knowledge on following will be added advantage
o Strong skills on Python/Powershell
