Windows Server Administrator / Application Support is mandatory
• 4-7 years of Microsoft Certified Windows Administration,/ Application Support is mandatory
VM Ware knowledge, Any web based application installations and administration
• B.Tech/B.E/MCA
• Proficient in Windows Server Administration (desired: Microsoft Windows 2008).
• Expertise in Active Directory configuration, group policies and DNS.
• Knowledge of authentication methodologies: Active Directory, Radius, Kerberos, or LDAP
• Working experience in performance analysis and tuning of high-volume transaction systems.
• Knowledge in Web servers like IIS, Apache etc.
• Experience with virtualization, high availability, and clustering .
• Understand the purpose of Firewalls and Load Balancers, VPN and SSL technologies.
• Basic network troubleshooting skills with knowledge on TCP/IP protocols.
• Hardware Support Skills.
• System Monitoring Experience
• Good Troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge in Application clusters, load balancing, single sign on
• Experience in Java performance tuning, memory profiling, memory leaks and memory management
• Knowledge of basic scripting (Batch)
• Good communication skills
• Good problem solving skills & team play
• Motivated & self-starter
• Customer facing skills. Work exposure at customer locations will be a value add
• Ability to multitask and work flexible working hours.
• Possess a strong technical background and willingness to learn

• Certifications in Wiindows administration
• Certified ITIL professional
• Certification in VMWare
