Description:
Our growing Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) presales organization is looking for a motivated software solution consultant to fill an EAM presales solution consultant role on the N America team.

The successful Solution Consultant (SC) provides enterprise solution expertise to Infor prospects and customers in support of Infor Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) license revenue.

The SC leads EAM solution presentations and demonstrations on the Infor Xi technology and targets specific industries and micro verticals. The successful SC uncovers the strategic objectives and business opportunities with prospect stakeholders during discovery and understands the key metrics driving the Infor solution evaluation.

The SC coordinates with value engineering, the proposal team, and sales management regarding total solution strategy and holistic solution approach on assigned engagements.

Responsibilities
EAM solution and technology demonstrations
o Lead the configuration and demonstration of Infor EAM solutions and become proficient with the EAM advanced modules such as mobile and GIS
o Incorporate Infor Xi technology into all solution presentations and demonstrations, such as Infor

Document Management, Ming.le, and Xi homepages while soliciting the support of technical resources as required
o Expertise in tying solution presentation points to strategic objectives and value to the specific prospect organization(s) in the audience
o Proficient at leading Infor presentations that reinforce solution value at various audience levels, including executives and business users
o Proficient at leading Infor presentations that target priority industries such as Transit, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Life Sciences, and the Public Sector
o Ability to effectively resolve product functionality questions with the customer business users’ audience
o Become a trusted advisor to customers around asset maintenance strategies, asset management, and the associated purchasing, inventory, and high level processes
o Ability to articulate Infor’s integration capabilities, ION, and typical data flows between Infor EAM and other applications such as ERP and SCADA.
o Knowledgeable about Infor EAM solution delivery strategies such as on-premise, SaaS, CloudSuites, and the high level benefits of each

Proactively support EAM revenue generation processes by taking ownership of solution related tasks
o Leadership in first understanding prospects’ strategic objectives, the business opportunities, the value of those opportunities, and the follow-on functional needs
o Maintain asset management industry, market, and competitor insights to support prospect inquiries during meetings and presentations
o Travel to customer and prospect sites as required for discovery and solution presentations. In some cases web meetings may be required.
o Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) alongside Infor’s proposal team

Enhance the presales community within Infor; team work and innovation are critical to EAM Presales success. It is incumbent on every SC to contribute to the knowledge of the collective team
