The Talent Science division of Infor is a leader in web-based behavioral assessment and HCM technologies. We are seeking a Behavioral Scientist to support the needs of our growing client community. The Behavioral Scientist for PeopleAnswers has primary responsibility for supporting the Industrial and Organizational Psychology needs of our growing client community. This role requires analytical, communication, and problem solving abilities in a wide variety of industries and engagements. The Behavioral Scientist role directly impacts Talent Sciences’ client satisfaction and company growth. This position works in collaboration with Talent Sciences’ Client Relations and Sales teams as well as other job functions within the Industrial and Organizational Psychology team to implement successful selection and development systems to a specified client list.This exciting role will challenge your analytical, communication, and problem solving abilities in a wide variety of client industries and engagements. In this client-facing role, the Behavioral Scientist directly impacts our client satisfaction and company growth.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Develops assessment strategy for Fortune 500 clients.
• Developing and driving strategies for integrating needs of HCM clients including assessment strategies, competency modeling, performance management, and workforce analytics.
• Provides expertise to assist clients in achieving a strong return on investment.
• Consults with stakeholders on a wide variety of performance and assessment data.
• Guides internal and external teams through all technical aspects of behavioral science.
• Works with cross-functional teams to manage client engagements and deliverables.
• Implements sound and practical client-centric solutions.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
• 2 years of work experience in the field of industrial and organizational psychology, including graduate school internships.


REQUIRED SKILLS:

3+ years of post-doctoral work experience in the field of industrial and organizational psychology preferred, including:
• Providing consultation to and advising executive stakeholders.
• Developing and implementing predictive modeling techniques.
• Strategic HCM initiative development and implementation
• Utilizing advanced analytical skills to solve client and internal problems.
• Communicating technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Creating and maintaining technical and business documentation.
• Conducting and executing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Track record of successful problem-solving in Fortune 500 environments.
• Proven history of producing high quality project outputs.
• Ability to travel to client sites approximately 20-30% annually

PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
• Ability to effectively present to large groups of high level stakeholders.
• Knowledge of predictive analytic tools and techniques
• Strong ability to understand/incorporate the big picture into the details of an analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Human Resource and employee selection methodologies.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools (e.g. SPSS, SAS)
• Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint and the creation of presentations.
• Strong ability to understand/incorporate the big picture into the details of an analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Human Resource and employee selection methodologies.
• Statistical techniques including, but not limited to, ANOVA, Regression, Chi-Square.
