JOB POSITION: Training Specialist JOB LOCATION: Dallas, TX (USDA4) JOB SUMMARY: As a team, the Training Specialists are directly responsible for the delivery and support of all external client training activities. The Training Department works in tandem with the Account Manager to ensure that a comprehensive and appropriate training plan is delivered to each client. The right candidate will have demonstrated experience in a fast-paced work environment and proven success delivering training for a complex technology-centric solution. . JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities Include: • Delivery of our client training programs in alignment with external client specific goals • Delivering on the calendar for periodic client training as directed in-person (including travel to external client locations) and via web conference • Pro-actively providing enhancements to training process and/or content where appropriate • Quarterly development and delivery of training for internal clients on new release features and functions • Consolidating and reporting client feedback on training strategies • Synchronizing self-paced training modules with current training content • Supporting the Client Relations team in developing strategic relationships with client EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: • College diploma or REQUIRED SKILLS: • Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 3 years of direct training experience • Detail orientation and strong verbal communication skills a must • Track record of successful problem-solving skills with consultative solutions • Experience in communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical clients • Adept at using common computer software programs (MS PowerPoint,Excel critical) PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: • Knowledge or experience in the Human Resource field is a plus • Understanding of Organizational Development concepts a plus • Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy a fun and challenging environment • Must be able to multi-task and work beyond the job description - we are a thriving company with a wealth of opportunity so as a team we cover many areas. • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
