• You have a track record of successful performance test and improvement projects, which you’ve executed from definition to completion.

Required Skills
• Work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical colleagues and customers to overcome impediments.
• You describe and explain complex performance topics, as well as translate these into topics relevant from business and/or management perspective.
• Accurately scope new projects, define an adequate and efficient approach, schedule the necessary activities and execute them according to plan, while staying in sync with the project owners and environment (changes).
Job responsibilities
• Work with Product Directors, Development Managers or Customers during definition and execution of your Performance projects.
• Define, plan and execute Performance projects to meet and exceed expectations.
• Guide Product owners to develop use cases, from which you develop accurate multi-user scripts for performance benchmarking.
• Analyze results of Performance tests to find root causes of performance issues – if necessary zooming deep into technical details of the solution architecture – and provide recommendations to resolve them.
• Work independently and with others in ad-hoc teams, locally and globally.
