SUMMARY: Helps build and maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness for HR Consulting Group. Works directly with the HR Consultant/Advisor geography leads to carry out day-to-day operational matters in support of geo specific needs. Acts as a local contact for managers and employees to ensure ease of access for requests related to geography specific HR policy and programs. Assists with the administration/coordination of geography specific and global HR programs and processes. Seeks process improvement, standardization, and automation. Helps managers and employees be more self-sufficient and independent with data ownership and management.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Qualifications:
• 1 -3 years of progressive Human Resource experience or a Bachelor/University degree in related area
• Organization, Planning and Prioritizing Work:

• Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships:

o Displays a positive attitude, strong written and oral communication skills (including listening skills) and openness to coaching.

o Acts as a team player who displays professionalism at all times.
• Problem-Solving/Evaluating Information:
o Applies general deductive and inductive reasoning to solve problems.
o Uses relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations or standards.
• HR Expertise:
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
o Knowledge of relevant country and local laws relating to employee issues.
o Demonstrates ability to solve issues through problem definition, data collection, and appropriate action taking.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor/University degree


RESPONSIBILITES:
• Acts as point of contact from a geography perspective for employees regarding day-to-day employee relations, compensation, benefits, development issues/questions
• Provides pulse updates, trend information for HR Team as appropriate to assist with decision making.
• Consults with HR Consultants/Advisors regarding the company’s performance management processes, on-boarding and off-boarding of employees and HR Tools/HR systems
• Acts as a resource for employees in understanding, applying and complying with policies and procedures.
• Provides feedback to HR management regarding potential policy issues, modifications and/or concerns with policies and procedures.
• Conducts research to support geography specific HR initiatives using various sources.
• Responsible for employee personnel file maintenance.
• Assists with HR compliance audits.
• In coordination with others delivers geographic specific legal requirements and programs
• Provides on-boarding of employees and new employee orientation
• Process various HR admin functions such as new hires, offers, salary changes, terminations, etc.
• Is a team member for country specific projects/initiatives
• As needed ensures all employee changes requiring contract addendums are completed
