SUMMARY:
Responsible for executing email marketing programs based on the Demand Marketing teams. Candidates will have experience and understand principles of web design, email marketing, marketing automation and customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Email Development (95%)
• Create HTML and text email campaigns for demand generation team. Candidates must be able to hand code HTML templates and troubleshoot, if necessary.
• Create monthly HTML newsletters, using established templates or create/modify templates as required
• Interface with Program Services team on campaign tracking codes, graphics for emails and related project components
• Monthly reporting of Email campaigns
• Weekly Staff Meeting
SharePoint for Project Management (5%)
• Daily review of SharePoint to review new project assignments
• Update project status in SharePoint
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• 3+ years of experience in Web Design, Email Marketing or Marketing Automation.
• 3-4 year college degree, preferably in Business or Technology discipline
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Expert level proficiency in HTML (4 & 5) and CSS; design and layout
• Experience working with Responsive Web Design for multiple browsers and devices
• Experience with Marketing Automation (Eloqua, Marketo, Silverpop) or Email Marketing Systems
• Experience using CRM system, and/or working with customer data records
• Experience working with Excel and CSV file formats
• Proficient in Photoshop and Dreamweaver – CS3
• Experience with Microsoft office applications
• Proven organizational and communications skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects, keeping priorities in perspective
• Proven ability to collaborate with virtual team members
