• B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MCA degree with 10+ years of related work experience in a software development environment.
• Work experience in ERP programming or Functional is a must Industry experience prior to ERP is added advantage PMP certification preferable Must have strong analytical and communication skills Must be fluent in Hindi Willingness to travel Expertise on PM tools like MSP, Excel, Visio.
• 5+ years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
• PMP Certification is mandatory
• Understanding of application development and software development life cycle concepts (Waterfall and Agile).
• Demonstrated experience working with local, regional and multi country project teams.
