Role: ICS Consultant (Application Administrator)

Experience: 1-3 years
Education: BE / B.Tech / MCA
• 1-3 years’ experience in an organization with a high availability 24x7, mission critical operations environment
• Basic administration knowledge on Application / Database.
• Knowledge on at least one web server and Web application deployment
• Basic programming knowledge in Java or .Net or scripting knowledge like Python or Power Shell
• Basic SQL Server administration tasks knowledge
• Technical knowledge to understand complex environments
• Able to understand specific processes of each customer
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from other departments and from all levels of the organization
• Experience with Infor application will be given significant consideration
• Multitasking ability to support several set of environments at a time with attention
• Strong network, server, and business software application knowledge
• History with customer service related positions or experiences
