JOB POSITION: Business Analyst - Healthcare


JOB LOCATION: Scottsdale, AZ or Remote

Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our CRM for Healthcare development organization. A proven history of requirements gathering, writing product documentation, project scope definition, process modeling, functional design, application testing, and partnering with internal and external resources to drive projects to successful completion will serve as the foundation for your success. Full life cycle experience delivering web-based applications, portal and/or integration projects will allow you to hit the ground running. Infor CRM for Healthcare is the foundation for Physician and Patient Engagement and Marketing Automation for hospitals and other healthcare organizations. Your primary focus will be on developing product documentation and training materials. You will work as part of a cross-functional team composed of strategists, developers, product management, and QA.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with product management and project stakeholders to determine scope and priorities.
• Participate in initiatives to produce quality, comprehensive product documentation such as user guides, release notes, functional and technical specifications, and other internal and external product documentation
• Develop internal and client training sessions and materials
• Conduct client-specific training both onsite and via the Web
• Proactively perform industry and competitive research
• Translate conceptual user requirements into clear and comprehensible functional and technical requirements.
• Deliver Business Requirements, User Stories and Functional Design Specifications
• Present requirements through process models, diagrams and mockups to provide direction to Developers.
• Manage and clearly communicate change requests with stakeholders during the project lifecycle.
• Conduct acceptance testing to ensure that requirement specifications have been correctly interpreted.
• Work closely with Developers and QA to ensure requirements are met and test coverage is sufficient.
• Make presentations to various business units.

Required Skills
• Proven strong technical skills coupled with business and writing skills.
• Understanding of enterprise solutions for Healthcare, most notably, CRM and Physician Relations software
• Ability to conduct product training sessions
• Ability to critically evaluate information from various sources and resolve conflicts
• Ability to analyze and document complex business processes.
• Ability to present requirements in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize tasks and make effective decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Desired Skills and Experience:
• Experience with healthcare CRM and Marketing Software solutions applications
• Experience with CRM, marketing operations and marketing campaigns
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Business Analyst, training or technical writing role in a software company

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• M.B.A. with a Marketing Background is an added advantage.
