SUMMARY: The Senior Systems Consultant, for Pprovisioning is responsible and accountable for technical executing onboarding of new SaaS/Cloud customers. Activities will include deployment of applications, triage of errors and coordinating post provisioning validation to ensure customer provisioning aligns with contract. service fulfillment activities based on the identified Service Level Agreements, for a given function associated with clients product / services
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Undergraduate degree, or equivalent work experience, with 3-5 years of provisioning or ERP system administration/installation experience.
RESPONSIBILITES:
• Deploy new customer applications using automated and manual processes
• Review contract information to determine appropriate application provisioning
• Engage with customers prior to deployment to help them understand provisioning requirements and the future impact of those decisions.
• Work with Infor Product Development on defining and implementing enhancements to provisioning process
• Liaison with Infor Consulting Services on defining enhancements to the provisioning process
• Represent Cloud Operations at DevOps strategy meetings
• Responsible for the planning, designing, implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of secure customer networks in Global Hosting Data Center
• Interfaces with customers, vendors and internal groups to develop good relationships through the delivery of superior products/services.
• Provides direction for engineering efforts to test and evaluate programs and tools
• Ensures performance metrics are achieved.
• Proactively track order status in cooperation with the Provisioning Program LeadProject Implementation Management team to
• rResearch and resolve any pre-installation issues with contracts or application designs as submitted.
Communicates and interacts with clients and vendors on provisioning and installation issues

• Resolves complex problems and proposes solutions to complex application issues.
• Ensures performance metrics are achieved.
• during critical outages associated with Service Delivery activities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Extensive experience installing and configuring large, multi-application ERP systems, preferably Lawson or M3
• and supporting Networks
• Highly skilled with configuration
• Demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral, written communications and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated history of managing applications in a Cloud provider, preferably AWS.
• Solid understanding of network concepts
• Dedicated customer (internal/external) focus and is able to deal with escalations and multiple installation projects/priorities simultaneously
• Networking and VPN configuration experience a great plus
• ITIL certification

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP,LAN/WAN protocols.
• Experience with configuring and troubleshooting VPN
• Extensive network troubleshooting background
• Solid understanding of network concepts
• In-depth working knowledge and experience with Virtualization
• Experience in the design and review/validation of network design (traffic flows, including gathering and planning for security requirements, component interoperability).
• Demonstrate focus and commitment to timely delivery of services
• Dedicated customer (internal/external) focus and is able to deal with escalations and multiple installation projects/priorities simultaneously
• 3-5 years Network engineering/provisioning experience
