SUMMARY:
The License Management Associate works directly with the customer to collect, verify and process data related to the customer account. Working closely with the entire License Management team, the Associate’s overall objective is to protect the intellectual property rights of Infor software by collecting information necessary to establish whether the customer’s use of software aligns with the terms and conditions of their license agreements. The License Management Associate is also responsible for analysis and reporting of the information collected. An understanding of contract parameters of each customer and the ability to use internal tools and systems is vital.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Relationship Tasks: Serve as primary contact with assigned customers, supporting them through the audit process and escalating any issues as required.

• Introduce, gain acceptance, and manage customer through audit software install phase.
• Introduce and explain the audit process to the customer and manage the assigned customer’s expectations.
• Manage the allocated number of customers to ensure that they progress through audit stages correctly and in a timely manner.
• Effectively utilize license management tools and processes to ensure successful completion of audits.
• Achieve identified metrics on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
• Ensure that all communications (written and verbal) are recorded accurately and consistently in relevant database(s).
• Collaborate with team members and managers to maintain professional standards and learn new products and techniques as they are introduced.
• Regularly refer to published materials on internal database to build and deepen knowledge of the License Management Organization and its policies, processes and methods.
Analysis and Reporting Tasks: For basic audits, analyze and interpret the information received from customers in order to determine the customer’s compliance with their software license contracts.

• Analyze and interpret the information received for basic audits
• With supervision, write full and accurate reports of the audit findings.
• Work effectively with relevant License Management systems to maintain accurate records.
• Continuously develop knowledge required to complete assigned tasks.

• College/University graduate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service/orientation skills
• Solid PC skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products as well as understanding of general computer/network concepts
• Strong organizational skills required to ensure most effective and timely delivery of service to customers
• Possess ability to both multi-task and manage priorities effectively
• Flexibility required to work outside defined role
• Command of English language is required
• Fluency in a second foreign language useful
