SUMMARY:
Lead team of solution architects and consultants responsible for delivering identity and access management solutions across the Infor suite of products and solutions. Exciting opportunity to build a new team from ground up.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• 7+ years technical architecture experience integrating identity management, access management and access governance software into clients’ infrastructure and applications.
• Undergraduate degree, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in Identity & Access Management services delivery
• Experience with installation, integration and deployment of technology products
• Experience in Identity & Access Governance including role base access, access request and certification
• Experience with Cloud deployments and hybrid solutions (on-premises and Cloud)
• Experience managing projects utilizing a consistent, repeatable methodology
• Experience in building a new team, delivery capabilities and consulting service offerings
RESPONSIBILITES:
• Oversee team responsible for –
o Installation, integration and deployment of IAM tools and products.
o Advanced consulting on external access, custom identity providers, complex hybrid architectures
o Staying current on new IAM technologies and tools
• Quality Assurance and oversight
• Design/review Security Architecture
• Lead team of remote solution architects and consultants
• Work with Infor Product Development to ensure team stays current on Infor solutions
• Assist with identifying opportunities for additional services offerings to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively across departments and regions
• Assist with sales support activities
• Manage delivery escalation of customers as needed.
• Staff management – provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery team.

• Demonstrated understanding of modern IAM concepts and best practices
• Ancillary devices/technologies:
o Load Balancers – F5, Netscaler
o Mobile device security
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Advanced ability to communicate clearly and concisely (both written and verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills)
PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Previous experience managing teams
• Certifications a plus: CISSP, CISM, CISA
