Reporting to the Vice President HCM Sales. Managing a team of HCM Sales reps on the East Cosst
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• Experience leading business HCM application sales team
• Ability to effectively lead within a cross-functional team environment
• Industry expertise in manufacturing industry preferred
• High-level of energy and commitment, combined with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Self-starter and independent thinker with solution-oriented mind-set
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Outstanding writing and speaking skills; must be able to express information clearly and concisely
• Go-to-market planning and execution skills
• Honesty and professional integrity
• Willingness to travel extensively in pursuit of new opportunities
• College degree required. MBA preferred
