Role: Manager, Development
Experience: 12 to 15 years
Location: Bangalore
Education: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
Responsibilities:
• At least 2 year’s relevant experience in managing teams with at least 5-10- team members
• At least 8 year’s relevant experience in software development, based on Java, MS SQL Server, XML, Web Services
• Knowledge of software development life cycles including tools like SVN, Jira, Artifactory.
• Experience with taking a development team to the next level, guided by Agile principles and practices, is a big plus
• Knowledge of project management practices
• Planning, time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, and organizational
• High degree of problem solving and fact finding skills
• Analytical and technical
• Team player
• Self-motivated, disciplined and reliable
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
