JOB POSITION: Senior Account Manager

JOB LOCATION: Denver or Remote (West Region)

JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Account Manager is responsible for identifying, qualifying and driving opportunities to successful closes. Must be capable of developing executive level relationships and driving sales to existing accounts through opportunity planning, executive involvement and value selling. The successful candidate will be capable of generating a 5x pipeline and consistent quarter-over-quarter quota achievement. A solution selling background is desired as you position Infor solutions in complex accounts.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interaction with customers and prospects to sell all Infor solutions.
· Manage complex sales cycles while working with virtual sales teams including pre-sales, development, professional services, lead generation, partners and support
· Exceed sales quota – maintain forecast, pipeline and status updates in CRM
· Use cold calling, account management, and networking techniques to pursue net new business
· Work closely with professional services team to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction
· Travel required to be successful

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• University Degree: 4 year BS or BA minimum OR 10 years of experience as a proven sales performer in the software solutions industry, with a track record of nurturing and selling to an existing or new customer base meeting and exceeded quota targets.
• 10 years of enterprise class license sales; minimum of 7 years of field level enterprise software sales



REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 7+ years of successful Senior Account software sales
· Demonstrated history of selling complex solutions
· Proven track record for achieving sales in excessive of $2M per year in quota
· Experience with closing multiple six (6) and seven figure deals.
· Team player with the ability lead virtual sales teams while building strong peer and interpersonal relationships
· Creative ability to run own campaigns in coordination with call efforts
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to establish and manage executive level customer relationships
- Ability to handle multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix-management environment with extended team members
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills: writing, editing and presenting
- Ability to present technical concepts in a clear manner to customers and sales team
- Ability to resolve complex problems
- Ability to develop strategies, and execute
- Professional appearance and presentation required
- Willingness to Travel with-in assigned geographic territory.
