Technical Skills:
• Knowledge and Experience in Manufacturing and ERP application development with focus on Warehousing and Manufacturing functional areas. Knowledge of one of Infor ERP applications SyteLine or ERPLN.
• Knowledge and Experience in Microsoft SQL server – SQL, T-SQL, Stored Procedures
• Knowledge and Experience in .Net platform and tools
• Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, XML APIs, Web Services REST APIs
• Strong knowledge and experience with project management tools MS Project, JIRA. Information sharing and team management tools like Sharepoint, Wiki’s etc
• Exposure to agile project management methodologies.
• Experience of managing roll outs of manufacturing application projects across organizations. Working with various teams involving IT, HR, Manufacturing/Warehousing user base, application developers, business analysts and other stake holders.
• Experience of working with Cloud application rollouts within AWS development environment.
Job Responcibilities:
• Conduct project review meetings with the stake holder within and outside the organization
• Manage product release cycle communication across various organizational units within Infor.
• Communication and event management with partners, early adopter customers etc.
• Schedule and manage the events related to training, application availability, release dates etc
• Handle the product release documentation, blue prints etc
• Maintain and update the product release portals for reference by various teams within and outside Infor
• Provide reports to the management team on the status of the projects, activities etc
Soft Skills:
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in globally distributed time zones and cultures
• Understanding and exploring the Product from both Functional and Technical aspects
• Collaborates with customers, business analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
• Estimate implementation duration for projects, features, etc
