JOB POSITION: Customer Service Representative
JOB LOCATION: Nashua, NH
JOB SUMMARY:
This position will be responsible for monitoring the Infor Restaurants main helpdesk line, providing courteous and efficient assistance to Infor Restaurant customer base.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for promptly answering incoming calls from domestic and international customers (North America region) in a fast-paced environment.
• Determine nature, priority and approximate wait time for each customer call and route calls to the appropriate support group.
• Facilitate 3rd party service to customers including dispatching, as needed.
• Also responsible for assisting with administrative tasks, such as faxing, reporting and other projects as needed.
• Some light troubleshooting and basic problem determination is also required.
• Flexibility of hours desired.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent PC skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Solid administrative experience with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Effective oral and written communication
PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
• Restaurant/Service Industry experience preferred
• Familiarity with computer POS technology
• Experience navigating Microsoft Windows applications and Web based Applications
