SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Product Manager to join our team to continue the development and the enhancement of our CRM solution. The Product Manager will have a proven track record in designing, developing, tuning and releasing software products for commercial business use – with a plus if you’ve also worked on consumer oriented software products. You must bring a combination of ambition, positivity and analytical ability while being a proactive, energetic and hardworking individual, to be a member of our team. As a Product Manager you will be an effective and important member of a skilled agile development organization. You will coordinate with multiple UX/UI teams, Consulting Services, Product Development, and end user/clients throughout the project lifecycle.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• 5+ years of experience in product management, product development or other software related positions
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Computer Science and / or equivalent experience.

RESPONSIBILITES:
50% - PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT:
• Use Aha! and Jira in agile development environment to collaborate and drive engineering
• Work with business analysts to prioritize requirements for selected applications, industries, geographies
• Manage roadmaps for the selected applications, industries, and geographies
• Initiate all functional development based on agreed business cases and agreed business requirements
• Work closely with development to ensure the correct functionality is created from the prioritized business cases and requirements
• Collaborate with all other departments to communicate the product roadmaps, product content and launch, create company readiness and all functional developments to the rest of the organization

50% - PRODUCT MANAGEMENT:
• Assist with go-to-market activities including development of collateral
• Train field (sales, pre-sales, consulting, partners) for selling and implementations
• Competitive analysis; market analysis
• Manage relationships with partners
• Analyze and solve customer escalations
• Direct accountability for the success of the business related goals

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications:
• Ability to perform under strict deadlines
• Proven interpersonal, presentation skills, written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent communication skills and command of the English language
• Proven project management and organizational skills
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
• Strong problem resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in B2B CRM and or Campaign Management Software
• Experience within Manufacturing / Distribution
• Strong Customer Experience and Journey mapping experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• General office environment
• Ability to travel internationally
• Travel 20%
