SUMMARY: The Delivery Executive will provide leadership to ICS’s largest customers in successful, referenceable program execution while increasing the Infor footprint of products and services and achieving long term profitable ICS revenue growth.
Location: Atlanta, GA or Wichita, KS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial (for assigned customers)
• Achieve booking and revenue targets
• P&L responsibility for one or more of assigned customer Infor programs
• Lead engagements to achieve long term profitable ICS revenue growth
• Assist the licence sales teams and the maintenance teams to achieve their revenue targets
• Personal billable utilization
Customer Focus
• To ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and referencablilty and successful implementations of Infor’s solutions
Managerial
• Responsibility for leadership and oversight in the delivery of ICS professional services and the full application of Infor Deployment Method and sound business practices
• Responsibility for the team of employees assigned to the engagement, in terms of motivation and morale and in accordance with Infor HR processes (such as performance appraisals, performance development etc.)
• Manage a highly predictable business with strong forecasting
and controls to ensure predictable results each quarter.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Ten to fifteen years ERP experience in a professional services environment, ideally an applications business, or a systems integration consultancy firm
• A strong track record of managing and successfully delivering professional service engagements, programs and projects in a software environment
• A strong track record of a selling consulting services in a software environment
• Leadership skills.
• P&L experience related to programs and projects
• Highly effective interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop trust-based, constructive working relationships with customer executives

• Good influencing skills and sound negotiator at all levels of business
• Be willing and able to travel extensively, including extended international travel
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Undergraduate degree, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of ten to fifteen years progressively more responsible professional services experience for an enterprise software company, ideally an applications business, or a systems integration consultancy firm
