JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing the Education strategy and roadmap for their assigned Infor products and Education services. Scope includes scoping and documenting requirements, preparing detailed plans, presenting business cases and 360 reviews, planning for and participating in marketing and communications activities, and providing input to related Education initiatives. Responsibilities also include analyzing the effectiveness of their deliverables and programs to generate revenue, meet strategic objectives, and ensure customers can effectively use Infor solutions. Responsibilities involve complex activities that may span functions, organizations, geographic regions, and cultures. Individual must possess the knowledge and skills needed to be effective in the project, business, and education environments, and to make decisions that accomplish strategic objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage the education lifecycle of assigned product or Education services areas, ensuring alignment of education program goals and curriculum development activities.
• Manage stakeholder requirements and expectations, which may include hosting steering or advisory committees as necessary.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders in Services, Support, Sales, Product Management, and Product Development to identify education requirements for customers, employees, and partners.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for assigned products and Education services.
• Plan for and engage in marketing activities and tactics to raise awareness, generate interest, and drive education revenue through multiple delivery channels.
• Determine demand for training based on stakeholder and customer input, business intelligence, and reporting, and make recommendations for development, packaging, delivery, and marketing.
• Maintain continuous alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives, and make recommendations to modify the program to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent.
• Establish and conduct regular program steering committee meetings.
• Communicate in a timely manner with all Infor stakeholders about any deviation from plan or recommended changes necessary.
• Serve as the training offering expert for each product line represented and provide sales support.
• Represent Infor Education at customer-facing events, including webinars and user groups.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's Degree in business related field or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience in program management, and training and development

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Meet deadlines and achieve performance goals
• Drive for excellence, self-directed, and excellent communication skills
• Infor HCM experience is highly desired
PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
• Generally, works without consulting their manager.
• Independent decisions are made daily.
• Budgetary and Financial acumen required for assisting stakeholders plan and forecast effectively.
• Advanced skills in cross-cultural awareness, leadership, communication, influence, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to create and sustain strong working relationships with other Infor teams.
• Ability to understand needs and priorities, and create consensus as to training priorities.
• Understand the mix of products, skills required, and Infor's technological direction.
• Lead a group of people to achieve objectives.
• Find ways to accomplish objectives when resources are used for multiple projects.
• Strong oral and written communication that effectively articulates complex ideas
