Infor’s Center of Excellence team in Manila is looking for a Consulting Manager to lead the growth and development of the Manila CoE HCM consulting practice and its service offerings, in the following HCM areas: 1) Talent Management covering Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Goal & Performance Management, Compensation Management and Development Planning 2) Workforce Management covering Time & Attendance, Labor Scheduling. If hired, you will be a member of the Manila Center of Excellence, a key component of the global Infor Consulting Services team, responsible for implementing Infor products for customers around the world.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
As an Infor Center of Excellence Consulting Manager for HCM, the candidate will responsible for the following:
- Management, development and overall people care of functional and technical consultants. Specific areas include recruitment, retention, staffing forecasting, coaching model implementation and communications.
- Development/Improvement of new/existing HCM service offerings and engagement models to provide business units viable options on leveraging the Manila HCM team
- Communication of team’s service offering and capabilities to stakeholders and counterparts within the HCM practice
- Partnership with HCM global teams to ensure alignment on HCM strategies and plans between CoE and HCM global centers
- Alliance with the resource management team to confirm that consultants are assigned to specific projects according to skills/experience, availability and over-all fit to the project requirement
- Development and monitoring of specific training plans, certification plans, and ongoing professional education for both functional and technical consultants
- Maintenance of team skills on current Infor solutions through continuing education related to new software products, technologies and services for consultants.
- Support Infor Sales team during sales process specifically on response to proposals, pre-sales presentations and/or effort estimation
- Collaboration with inter-department functions within Infor CoE/PSSC and leverage this collaboration to strengthen team operations and initiatives
- Over-all management of services delivery to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of practice and delivery management experience for functional/technical consulting teams working on HCM software packages such as Lawson Talent Management, Lawson S3, Infinium, Peoplesoft, Workday, SAP HCM, SuccessFactors
- Experience on successfully managing global stakeholders and remote teams is a requirement
- ERP and/or HR project implementation management experience is an advantage
- With excellent communication, presentation, organizational and planning skills
- Must be collaborative and effective in liaising with stakeholders and customers
- Applicants must be willing to work at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
- Flexible to work on US, EMEA and/or APAC shifts when necessary
