Our global Consulting practice is looking for someone to manage a newly created organization which will provide Testing Services (Functional and Performance) to our clients worldwide.
JOB POSITION: Manager – Global Testing Services
JOB LOCATION: Remote
JOB SUMMARY: As a member of this new practice, you will be responsible for:
• Creating and launching new testing service offerings
• Drive new revenue by providing sales support
• Grow the Testing Services to meet the demands of the market
• Be the thought leader and evangelist for Infor’s Testing Services
• Manage a team of testing consultants
• Manage delivery of multiple testing engagements
This role requires a blend of business acumen to launch new service offerings along with enterprise architect skillsets, creative thinking, and ability to operate in a highly matrixed organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• provide support to sales team and serve as authority on multiple global sales pursuits.
• match client’s business roadmaps with a Quality Assurance vision and identify testing opportunities.
• infuse the most suitable testing platforms & tools to provide perfect testing solutions.
• thought leadership on testing tools and frameworks to be used in testing solutions covering regression and performance testing.
• build a skilled team of testing consultants covering onsite and offshore resources.
• Use the best possible delivery model for successful and cost effective deliveries.
• manage successful completion of multiple testing engagements.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ Years of experience working in the IT Services industry with business and IT knowledge
• 3+ Years of Automated Testing in Cloud / SaaS enterprise software implementations
• 5+ Years of ERP Industry experience, preferably with one of Infor’s ERP offering.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Experience with automated testing tools is required.
• Ability to present and develop relationship with senior executive including C-level executives
• Out of the box thinking
• Ability to learn and adapt in a fast changing environment
• Quality deliverables and customer satisfaction focused
• Ability to mentor resources
• Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
• Excellent analytical, time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong implementation methodology skills
• Ability and willing to travel
