JOB POSITION: Director, Service Delivery Management
JOB LOCATION: Remote, United States
JOB SUMMARY: Infor Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) are trusted advisors to cloud customers during deployment of the cloud solution, ensuring a smooth transition to the Infor cloud. The Director will lead and manage this organization through two directs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide Guidance and Leadership to Cloud Operations Service Delivery organization.
• Strive for a constantly improving level of service and simplified process.
• Provide Weekly updates.
• Work with others in the Management Group to insure the group meets the performance targets with the Professional Services level. Provide proper internal and external attitude regarding the Infor Culture and Management expectations. Provide meaningful ideas and processes to improve the overall group. Provide feedback to Management for improvement of the team.
• Lead role on developing new capabilities related specifically to the Group. Leverage existing resources to develop new approaches, new staffing mix etc. to expand the capability and revenue for the Group.
• Manage Delivery escalation of customers when needed.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE::
• Bachelor’s degree in business, or equivalent work experience
• Several years of increasingly more responsible Service Delivery experience
• Leadership experience managing Service Delivery Managers
• Able to travel extensively
• Knowledge of Cloud/SaaS applications
