LOCATION: 2211 Old Earhart Road, Suite 250, Ann Arbor, MI 48105
Duties: Duties include: Use business process surveys to determine all client process and data needs to address in project scope. Design solutions to align client business needs with standard application capabilities and best approach for gaps. Build/configure solutions based on design, using iterations of prototypes and testing to validate. Participate in planning and execution of data conversions. Use available toolsets to address reporting, interface, and other related needs outside core application build. Perform thorough system testing. Support clients through go-live process and play key role in promoting solution adoption. Participate in active knowledge capture and exchange with peers in consulting community. Contribute to creation and ongoing maintenance of assets (slide decks, templates, etc.) utilized by consultants during project delivery. Travel and work at client sites as assigned. Telecommuting permitted.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or a related field; and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate work experience, involving each of the following: assessing business needs and implementing technology solutions to meet those needs; full life cycle implementations; ERP; developing integrations for ERP system using webservices from requirement analysis stage to go live; Oracle; SAP; Java, XSLT; XML; .NET; C# ( LINQ, and Multithreading, and Generics, and WCF, and WPF); SQL (writing complex ETL queries); PSQL; accounting knowledge used to implement financial solutions; and business drivers. Travel and work at client sites as assigned. Telecommuting permitted.
