JOB POSITION: Global Enablement Senior Marketing Manager

JOB LOCATION: New York Metro Remote

JOB SUMMARY: Infor’s Education Alliance Program (EAP) provides member institutions access to free innovative technologies, hands-on industry learning initiatives, and train-the-trainer training that can translate into sought-after marketable skills and experiences for students. The EAP Senior Marketing Manager will design and build out the Marketing, Communication, PR and Community programming functions which support the EAP initiative inclusive of budget and staffing requirements. Function should drive the awareness, demand generation, consideration and adoption of the initiative and offerings to the global market, and within Infor; to inform and excite organizations to build, invest in and hire “Infor Ready Talent”, and Students to ask for and participate in programming. They will enable the development membership relationships and innovative partnerships which showcase Infor’s unique approach to the IT market.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market Analysis & Targeting
• Drives research based audience and market insights and reporting from internal survey data, syndicated studies, focus group and competitive intelligence to improve initiative programming, targeting and customer experience.
• Develop and deliver cross initiative 360 member insights and satisfaction survey strategy, reporting and execution plan
• Develop audience personas

Drive Global Marketing Campaigns, Programming and Management
• Drive consistency and clarity in branding and messaging by developing/refining the brand, marketing and communications strategy for the EAP initiative, Offerings and sub-program components working with key stakeholders and internal marketing/agency teams to successfully execute plans and initiatives.
• Increase awareness, interest and consideration of Infor EAP within STEM, non-profit, social and industry based associations and drive demand generation efforts
• Build and land marketing campaigns to/thru targeted and member organizations and disciplines (i.e. Computer Science, Engineering, Business, and Professional Studies) inclusive of appropriate marketing tactics (digital, webinars, virtual conferences, social media, contest/promotions, etc.)
• Manage and refresh owned internal and external digital marketing and electronic platforms (web landing pages, sales portal)
• Tracking and reporting via SFDC, EAP database and other internal tools
• Budget and expense management


Content Strategy, Development, Communications & PR
• Development of audience specific content, value proposition and storytelling across blogs, marketing collateral, demand gen materials and success stories
• Publish and maintain current member profile summaries
• Design, launch, manage and grow subscribers of internal and external newsletter(s)
• Establish a Speakers and/or volunteers bureau to support programming
• Develop and optimize customer journey mapping

Community Programming
• Build and manage strategic community partnerships, programming and develop growth strategy
• Influence awareness, use and preference of Infor solutions, methodologies and industry focus through technology seeding and member project work
• Sponsor and participate in community and social engagements (i.e. Meetups, Association Events, etc. http://www.meetup.com/fashiontechnewyork/ )
• Develop quarterly and/or semi-annual “open house” events for community associations and non-profits
• Build internal constituency of Infor volunteers/advocates who support programming (via incentives, awards, etc.)

Strategic Projects
• Drive and project manage the Fashion Institute of Technology/ Hearst Student Design Contest
• Drive co-development of Digital/Marketing/UX Design course with Hook & Loop experts
Build Reference-able Experience Driving Increased Penetration & Addition of New Member Users
• Feature and promote Faculty and Student advocates who recommend Infor solutions to peers for use in student learning activities as well as if asked recommend the organization use Infor software to run the business of the organization, establishing Infor as disruptive leader

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• MBA degree with Marketing concentration
• BA in Marketing, Communications and/or PR
• 15+ years of Program/Product Marketing and marketing campaign experience
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Exceedingly strong project management, attention to detail, organization, and speed in delivery
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Drive for excellence, self-directed, and excellent communication skills
PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
• 5+ years direct customer engagement experience (or consulting or business development)
• STEM or STEAM program management
• Citizenship and community management
• Experience working with Education institutions (K-12 and Higher education) and non-profits
