Infor is looking for an experienced and inspiring development manager for one of the large development teams for our M3 Business Engine ERP product. The position is based in the Infor Manila Office at BGC.

The leadership for a team of 20+ extremely skilled and experienced developers (business analysts, software engineers, quality assurance analyst), leading the development of one of the world’s largest ERP-systems, M3 Business Engine. The team works in Agile projects, in self-organizing teams. A large portion of the work is done with a high level of interaction with colleagues in other parts of the world. The coaching, leadership and planning of the team are of course natural parts of the job. In this role, you will be a member of the M3 BE leadership team, and will therefore have high influence on the development of one of the world’s leading ERP systems.

You have:
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must be a people person and possess a majority of the following qualities:
• Proven experience in leading software development teams, as a manager, project manager or equivalent, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and quality
• Solid background in Finance in an ERP implementation or development capacity
• Experience in Agile methodologies and change management
• Experience in working in a diverse, international organization
• Excellent people skills
• Hand’s on experience of development or implementation of one or several ERP systems.
• Effective time management, communications, decision-making, presentation and organization skills. -
• Background in Quality Assurance and Test Automation is a plus-
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
