JOB SUMMARY: Serve as the subject matter expert in transferring Change Management and Organizational Development knowledge to internal early adopters, employees, beta customers, client lead adopters, partners and all clients. Effectively use a variety of education methods, deliverables and activities including, but not limited to: instructor-led training in the classroom and virtually, on-site client consulting, and web-based training.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s Degree (Masters preferred) in Organizational Development or related field and related industry experience
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Proficient in time management, working independently and interpersonal communication
• PC literacy and technical experience with desktop systems
• Ability to travel as needed, typically up to 30%
PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
• Proven experience in successfully delivering software training, and technical or system administrative expertise working with Lawson products including Landmark and Lawson System Foundation.
