As a member of this practice, you will be responsible for:
• managing the implementations for Infor’s industry focused ERP in the cloud
• leveraging strategic tools like Infor Implementation Accelerators during these implementations
• utilizing Infor Deployment Method for Cloud to ensure successful project delivery
• understanding Infor CloudSuite solution specific to the industries you are assigned to
• be the thought leader and assist in enabling broader Infor consulting team members
This role requires a strong balance of technical/application aptitude, creative thinking, and ability to operate in a highly matrixed organization that is extremely high paced.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Leads cloud implementation projects from initiation through delivery
• Provides analysis and recommendations to client on project phases, milestones, and overall progress
• Monitors project status to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget and are completed according to agreed upon scope
• Provides regular status reporting, risk management and dashboard reports for management
• Act as primary liaison between Infor and the client to ensure requirements are met
• Primary focus on making Cloud projects successful and referenceable
• Maintains project financials including proactively monitoring budget, revenue forecast, invoicing
• Provides leadership to resources assigned to project including delegating and monitoring work assignments
• Capable of participating during sales cycle to assist the team in addressing application and/or cloud related topics
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree with equivalent experience
• PMP Certification preferred
• 2+ Years of managing Cloud / SaaS enterprise software implementation in complex environments
• 3+ Years of consulting experience with demonstrated experience managing projects in the ERP space, preferably with one of Infor ERP product (M3, LN, SyteLine, Lawson, HCM, CRM, EAM)
