JOB POSITION: Global Enablement Marcom Director


JOB LOCATION: New York Metro Remote


JOB SUMMARY: The Global Enablement (GE) Marcom Director will lead the strategic direction, vision, and execution of the Marketing, Communication, PR and Community programming functions which support Infor’s Global Enablement organization inclusive of budget and staffing requirements. The team is responsible for driving the awareness, demand generation, excitement and programming adoption to Talent at Infor, Partners or Education Alliance Program (EAP) members. As well as showcasing Infor’s unique approach to enabling Talent within the IT market.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Enablement Communication Strategy and Execution: Overall responsibility to set strategic direction, oversight, org design and ensure delivery aligned to the needs across GE pillar leads, Voice of the Customer requirements and business stakeholders; of the following sub-teams/individual contributors

Programs Communication & Engagement Management: Manage cross team end to end marketing plans in support of training programs, internal launches, and special projects; driving program awareness & adoption.
• Develop & manage integrated branding, and marcom plans for enablement programs and audiences.
• Coordinate communication plan, content and resources, provide direction and approval; engage appropriate teams as applicable.
• Ownership of audience special projects (i.e. Partners in Education, EduSpark, Skills Marketplace, etc.)
• Tier 2 and 3 events management and execution (T&D Bootcamps, regional onsite training, community events, open houses, ribbon cuttings, etc.)

Community Programming
• Build and manage select strategic community partnerships and programming
• Sponsor and participate in community and social engagements (i.e. Meetups, Association Events, etc.)
• Develop quarterly and/or semi-annual “open house” events for community associations and non-profits
• Build internal constituency of Infor volunteers/advocates who support programming

Event Management: GE event mgmt. & execution; engine development and guidance - dependent on project, program, campaign, initiative and audience. Own and drive Tier 1 internal and external event planning and execution, and partner with leads across GE to ensure consistency in event delivery and attendee experiences:
• Tier 1 Event Management: Sales Summits, Inforum, Premier Audience/Role events
• Tier 2 Event Management: Audience/Role events, Bootcamps/On-boardings, Hack-a-thons, Open Houses, etc. as bandwidth allows
• Build out event “engine” that stakeholders could plug into (i.e. ongoing call or events series) and event-in-a-box tool kit(s) to support the regional programming that they cannot engage in deeply

Communications & Branding: Develop, review, distribute content & communication in support of programs and audience needs. Develop and manage a connected brand identity and program branding via:
• Positioning (Build messaging framework(s), value prop and positioning)
• Resources (Templates, job aids, materials to support programs / field needs)
• Content (Write, edit, review, approve content / comm in multiple formats)
• Delivery (Email, sales portal, press releases, online content, collateral, etc.)
• Sales Portal / Web / Branding

Intelligence & Insights: Manage execution and analysis of research and surveys to assess effectiveness of programs.
• Enablement and Talent development and learning benchmarks
• Annual / 360 Feedback and Surveys
• Competitive analysis and insights
• Market intelligence and benchmarks
• Customer Success
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• MBA degree with Marketing concentration
• BA in Marketing, Communications and/or PR
• 15+ years of Program Marketing, Marketing campaign or Sales Support experience
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Exceedingly strong project management, attention to detail, organization, and speed in delivery
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Drive for excellence, self-directed, and excellent communication skills
PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
• 5+ years direct customer engagement experience
• 5+ years Sales enablement experience
• STEM or STEAM program management
• Citizenship and community management
• Experience working with Education institutions (K-12 and Higher education) and non-profits
