JOB POSITION: Global Enablement Marcom Manager


JOB LOCATION: New York Metro Remote


JOB SUMMARY: The Global Enablement (GE) Marcom Manager will drive the planning and execution of the Marketing, Communication, PR and Community programming functions which support Infor’s Global Enablement organization inclusive of budget and staffing requirements. They are responsible for driving the awareness, demand generation, excitement and programming adoption to Talent at Infor, Partners or Education Alliance Program (EAP) members. As well as showcasing Infor’s unique approach to enabling Talent within the IT market.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Programs Communication & Engagement Management: Manage cross team end to end marketing plans in support of training programs, internal launches, and special projects; driving program awareness & adoption.
• Develops and manages lead generation/ nurturing campaigns by determining the most effective points of interaction, including asset creation and reports on campaigns to evaluate effectiveness and adjusts within the campaign flow as needed
• Develop & manage integrated branding, marcom assets, tools, tactics and plans for enablement programs and audiences inclusive of (collateral, eMail/landing pages, Newsletters)
• Write, edit and review content & program materials
• Coordinate communication plan, content and resources, provide direction and approval; engage appropriate teams as applicable.
• Ownership of audience special projects (i.e. Partners in Education, EduSpark, Skills Marketplace, etc.)
• Tier 2 and 3 events management and execution
• Develops and publishes audience/customer success stories
• Reports on campaign effectiveness

Community Programming
• Build and manage select strategic community partnerships and programming
• Sponsor and participate in community and social engagements (i.e. Meetups, Association Events, etc.)
• Co-develop quarterly and/or semi-annual “open house” events for community associations and non-profits
• Build internal constituency of Infor volunteers/advocates who support programming

Intelligence & Insights: Manage execution and analysis of research and surveys to assess effectiveness of programs.

• Market intelligence and benchmarks
• Customer Success stories

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• MBA degree with Marketing concentration
• BA in Marketing, Communications and/or PR
• 7+ years of Program Marketing, Marketing campaign or Sales Support experience
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Exceedingly strong project management, attention to detail, organization, and speed in delivery
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Drive for excellence, self-directed, and excellent communication skills
PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
• 5+ years direct customer engagement experience
• 5+ years Sales enablement experience
• Citizenship and community management
• Experience working with Education institutions (K-12 and Higher education) and non-profits
