SUMMARY:
Infor is emerging as a major provider of enterprise solutions designed by industry vertical that can be deployed either on premise or in the Cloud. Building an alliance partner ecosystem with regional system integrators and industry consulting firms to drive customer vertical solution adoption and to provide scale to integration capabilities, is critical to the company’s strategy. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of systems integration alliance go-to-market models, have key relationships with Systems Integrator (SI) executives, a strong background in Retail Banking and Financial Services industries and have a successful track record of using alliance partnerships to drive business. He or she must also have very strong executive communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop key Regional SI executive relationships aligned by industry and business unit in North America.
• Drive joint account planning and execution between top Regional SI partners and Infor sales teams
• Build a regional SI strategy working with regional alliance teams based on regional and BU needs
• Grow leveraged license business for Infor through focused solution initiatives with Alliance partners and industry consulting firms.
• Manage goals and objectives, marketing initiatives and internal and external communication
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• Strong Sales and Alliances background especially regarding how to design and implement successful alliances
• Understanding of applications solutions competitive landscape
• Background in building and managing alliance partnerships within an industry go to market model
• Joint account planning skills
• Go to market planning and execution skills
• Strong executive communication skills
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Travel required
• Minimum 5 years field sales experience to include 3 years alliance experience
• Retail Banking and Financial Services background required
