JOB SUMMARY: Infor Global Customer References is an exciting and strategic team that plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s overall growth strategy. The Reference team at Infor is integral in helping drive revenue across all of our industry verticals and regions. The Customer Engagement Manager will work closely with the Global Head, Infor Customer References to support the Customer References team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure execution of core activities supporting transition of Infor References program from legacy program to tiered-program model aligned with industry best practices
• Rebuild program metrics and KPIs, and track and report on program outcomes
• Support development and roll-out of new references platform within InforCRM, including development of schedules and timelines
• Develop work plans, schedules and timelines for reference enablement tool development and deployment
• Develop reference enablement tools/packages aimed at managing reference scarcity and supporting overall program model transition
• Coordinate with Sales Operations and Sales Enablement to train internal teams on the use of the references database, reference enablement tools and related
• Grow the reference pool and metrics-driven collateral about product deployments, with a focus on cloud-based solutions.
• Lead team meetings regarding project status tied to KPIs and performance outcomes.
• Develop financial models to support program transition to new functional model
• Support tactical requests regarding reference program from COO/Global Head of References, including operational issues requiring cross-functional support
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Undergraduate degree required
• MBA preferred
• Prior training or enablement experience a plus
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel (pivot table/chart) skills.
• Strong writing skills
• Strong presentation skills, as role will involve presenting to senior level management.
• Highly organized, hardworking team player
• Self-starter
• Candidate should have grit with an entrepreneurial, think outside-of-the-box attitude

PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
• Familiarity with software industry
• Open to non-traditional backgrounds, so long as you have a passion for learning and are a quick study
