JOB SUMMARY: This position will Apply Cash, Credit Card and Check payments along with researching unapplied cash, and processing refund requests.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Research unidentified and unapplied payments for application to the correct invoice(s) or to refund to the customer
• Perform basic office duties as needed to complete daily responsibilities; copy, file, scan , etc.
• Manage the general mailbox, process live check and credit card transactions
• Other duties as assigned including reporting, escheatment analysis, and tracking refunds
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance, preferred
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel as well able to multi-task in a fast pace environment
• Excellent research and follow-up skills
PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
• Accounting or Finance Degree preferred but not required
• Proficient or familiar with use of accounting software and windows
