Infor is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced sales professional for a Vice President opportunity to lead a high caliber sales organization focused on managing and growing our GT Nexus organization. The individual in this position is responsible for leading & driving the achievement of sales revenue growth and retention within each global marketplace. The position reports into the Executive Vice President, Manufacturing and Distribution Sales
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of sales strategies for Infor’s GT Nexus Organization - value proposition, sales organization, core processes including territory and quota development.

Lead the development of client retention strategies.

Develop & execute strategies for achievement of business development goals.

Drive efficiencies in achieving client satisfaction excellence by members of the global sales organization.

Coach and mentor global sales leaders and teams for improved sales effectiveness.

Drive strong cross-business and cross-functional cooperation in meeting client expectations.

Work closely with global sales leaders and teams:
• Best practices in territory and opportunity management
• Leadership, recognition, and motivation
• Performance management

Qualifications

12+ year’s experience in enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of closing new business.

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in building, leading, and mentoring a high performing global Supply Chain Sales organization.

Must have a proven track record of revenue generation, client retention, and sales target achievement.

Excellent customer relations skills with the ability to establish strong relationships with senior executives within established accounts and potential new clients.

Executive presence – ability to communicate with excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills.

Ability to strategically manage complex situations and formulate executable solutions in short time frames.

Understanding of quota assignment and compensation policies.

Ability to travel
