About Customer References and Brief Profile:
Infor Customer References is a strategic, global team that is playing a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth. The Reference team at Infor is integral in helping drive sales across our industries and regions.
The Reference Manager role combines the competencies of customer interactions, business analysis, field sales relationship building and project management. Reference managers work with Infor’s Services customers to understand the business impact of deploying Infor’s solutions; capture the stories; and build relationships with the Infor customer base. Internally, Reference Managers work within their industry and solution area aligning with Infor Services leadership to understand the priorities and recruit references where needed.
Responsibilities for the Business Analyst include:
• Driving outbound calls and surveys to help recruit Infor Services references globally
• Working with Infor’s Services customers to understand the business impact of deploying Infor’s solutions
• Communicating effectively with internal clients (including Infor Services leadership and Client Partners)
• Timely response and serving requests related to Infor Services references activities to meet agreed deadlines
• Conducting research and developing reports to support Customer References. This includes:
o Collecting and analyzing key business information regarding the Infor customer base and Infor reference customers
o Developing reports using that analyze and describe the success of the Infor Reference program at meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
o Familiarity with Business Intelligence platforms (e.g. Tableau) and ability to quickly manipulate Excel spreadsheets and pivot tables.
• Contribute in the development of tools, methodologies and industry-specific content
• Highly proactive and willing to work under tight deadline
• Maintain and build the customer references database.
Preferred Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance (or) Bachelor’s degree in other discipline with an MBA or business-related advanced degree
• Proficiency with Business Intelligence reporting tools
• Strong English language skills required (speaking and writing)
• Good knowledge in business and financial analysis
• Experience in Company Profiling, Market research and analysis preferred
• Ability to identify business processes and uncover key business issues
• High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
