LOCATION: 3040 Charlevoix Drive SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546
Duties: Business analysis, application configuration, and testing management core competencies. Implement SaaS based projects hosted on Cloud and on premise. Duties include: execute product implementations, best practices, using ETM, Mobility, WFM configuration migration tools, and SQL. Perform leave Management configuration using entitlements and policies based on the client leave plans requirements. Attendance management configuration using attendance control module. Integrate WFM to Global Human Resources (GHR). Train clients and partners on WFM Application, provide and advise clients and partners on WFM core solutions. Configure application and team security, perform core vs. custom analysis and provide effort estimation. Train, demonstrate and educate clients and partners on Core WFM Application Features. Conduct research and proof of concepts based on client’s requirements. Work with product management and R&D in providing WFM related business and technical solutions based on the best practices. Perform WFM upgrade implementations for cloud and on premise platforms. Conduct Java based troubleshooting, Cognos reporting, discovery, solution design, testing, go live preparation and support, cloud, and on premise implementations. Work with Project Managers, Project Directors and Practice Directors on key client engagements. Perform health checks for WFM Projects. Ensure that deployments and data migrations on the SaaS Cloud and On Premise Platform are executed. Conduct and coordinate issue resolutions from integration/user acceptance testing (UAT). Work with the Technical Consultants on builds, deployments, data migrations. Work with Infor Cloud operations to provide direction on environment management and production cutovers. Travel and work at client sites as assigned. Telecommuting permitted up to 100%.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, or a related field; and four (4) years of progressive post-baccalaureate work experience, Candidate must possess four (4) years of experience involving each of the following: HCM; product implementation; best practices; ETM; Mobility; WFM configuration migration tool; SQL; Leave Management configuration using Entitlements and Policies; Attendance Management configuration using Attendance Control Module; WFM Integration to Global Human Resources (GHR); WFM Upgrade implementations for cloud and on premise platforms; Java based troubleshooting; Cognos reporting; discovery; solution design; testing; Go live preparation and support; Cloud; and on premise implementations. Travel and work at client sites as assigned, up to 100% for a project/customer. Telecommuting permitted up to 100%.
