JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Own the PreSales activities for the designated Infor Products for a territory
•Should have strong communication skills
•Should have experience working in teams / leading teams for specific pursuits
•Strong and proven ability to engage top Management into discussions around Infor solution value, business benefits of the solution
•Ability to work in a dynamic and fast changing environment where multi-tasking abilities will be called for
•Support other large deals in India
•Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
•MBA degree or related degree.
•Engineer / Chartered Accountant / similar qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS:
•10-12+ years of work experience in similar roles with particular expertise in Manufacturing areas like Automotive, Hi-Tech Manufacturing, Fashion, Food & Beverage. HR end-to-end processes expertise.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills.
•Ability to work independently and as a team player.
•Strong issue resolution and conflict resolutions skills.
•Goal oriented.
