Your Role as a Renovation Technician
As a Renovation Technician you work closely with the Community Service Manager in completing tasks that ensure the community meets safety, appearance, and operational standards established by the company. Perform interior unit renovations on vacant units within the designated multi-family communities in accordance with the approved renovation plan slated for the particular property.
If you’re someone willing to work closely with your team to enhance individual performance while providing excellent service to internal and external customers, we want to speak with you! Qualifications
To be successful in this role:
2-3 years maintenance and/or renovation experience required
Have at least a high school education or equivalent certification.
Proficient in the areas of carpentry, dry wall, appliances, plumbing, and electrical repair
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Budget or basic business finance skills helpful
Valid driver’s license (free from major moving violations) and dependable transportation
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to:
Use various hand tools and test equipment.
Bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time.
Push and pull up to 300 pounds on wheels.
Lift up to 100 pounds.
Climb ladders of up to 40 feet in height.
Use a hand-truck.
