All CDC recommended vaccines are required vaccinations at Oaklawn. Seasonally, and upon determination of Senior leadership, the Influenza Vaccine may be mandatory; in those years, compliance is required. For all vaccines, Religious Exemptions and Medical Contraindications are available.

PC AnalystJob Summary: This role involves diagnosing and resolving issues related to computer hardware, software, mobile devices, output peripherals, telephony, fax systems, and digital signage. It involves providing technical support and guidance to both remote and on-site users. It demands a solid understanding of both fundamental and advanced technology topics, as well as dedication to keeping up with new trends and developments in the field. Continuous learning related to enterprise-wide hardware and applications are essential. Equally important is the ability to communicate effectively with end users, colleagues, and stakeholders. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a focus on customer service, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and in a way that suits the audience. Essential Functions:
Minimum Qualifications: Associate degree in Information Technology or related field and two (2) years of Help Desk or IT Analyst experience or a commensurate combination of education and experience. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Professional certifications from CompTIA or Microsoft are preferred. A strong understanding of personal computer and printer components, PC operating systems, antivirus and malware programs, healthcare software, commonly used applications, as well as diagnostic tools for computers. Familiarity with how application software is influenced by the operating environment, and insight into how software and hardware work together, including how devices connect to networks. Proficient in Microsoft products like Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Demonstrated skills in building interpersonal relationships and delivering customer service, effectively assessing and prioritizing various tasks, projects, and demands, and performing well under pressure while managing time efficiently. Working Conditions: May be occasionally exposed to hazardous materials or infectious diseases. Physical Requirements: Constantly see/visual acuity, handle/grasp/feel, talk/hear. Frequently stand, sit, walk, reach, push/pull, bend/twist, stoop/kneel/crouch, lift/carry 1 to 49 lbs. Occasionally lift/carry 50+ lbs.
