Online Marketing Manager

Summary
Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Marketing and in coordination with other team members of the marketing department, plans, produces and maintains an on-going schedule of online marketing programs & analysis for all profit center departments in order to stimulate business growth for the organization. Ensures the company’s customer centric websites and mobile app is up to date and maintained. Supervises the ongoing online marketing efforts of the marketing staff.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly manages the Interactive Specialist. Shares management of the Web Graphic Designer with the Advertising Manager. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or GED required. College degree in Marketing or related field strongly preferred; 3 or more years’ experience in online marketing or website management; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience. Management or supervisory experience required.

Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have excellent PC skills and proficiency using Microsoft Office applications; strong working knowledge of online data analytic tools, pay per click campaign tools. Knowledge of Exact Target Email Software preferred.

Language Skills
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to secondary smoke. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
