Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor
Min. starting rate: $15.45 per hour

Summary
Performs general maintenance duties, as assigned and/or depending on experience/competence, under guidance of preventive maintenance and work orders.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Occasionally, oversees and mentors the Maintenance Laborer in the Maintenance Department.

Education and/or Experience
Must possess a High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Must have a valid Arizona Drivers license and must meet MVR requirements to be authorized to operate a company vehicle. 2 to 5 years work experience in at least 1 trade required; and/or equivalent combination of education and
experience. Certificate or vocational education diploma preferred.

Language Skills
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
