Lead Beverage Server
Job Title: Lead Beverage Server (swing shift) Slot Floor at Talking Stick Resort
Department: Food and Beverage Reports To: Beverage Supervisor $8.76 per hour plus tips Summary Coordinates the activities of servers, during a given shift, in the food and/or beverage outlet. Provides friendly, excellent service to all guests. Serves meals and/or beverages to patrons in lounge or dining establishment. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); previous serving experience required. Must be able to operate a cash register. Knowledge of Arizona State Liquor Laws - Title 4 and/or Arizona Alcohol Awareness certification a plus. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Must possess a Maricopa County Food Handlers Card. Language Skills Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for prolonged periods of time; walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, secondary smoke and heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. |
