Dining Shift Supervisor in Eagles Buffet
Job Title: Dining Shift Supervisor (swing/grave) in Eagle's Buffet at Casino Arizona
Department: Food and Beverage Reports To: Restaurant Manager $tarting Pay up to $20.49 per hour Summary Responsible for ensuring fast, friendly, and courteous service to every customer. Serves as a working Supervisor who runs the service delivery of food and beverage during a scheduled shift. Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises the Dining Room Host, Busser, Lead F&B Server, F&B Server, Room Service Operator, Room Service Server and Mini Bar Attendant in a specific restaurant outlet. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; one to three years supervisory experience in a hospitality environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have knowledge of basic restaurant cashiering procedures, tray service and beverage ingredients. POS experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of Arizona State Liquor Laws - Title 4 and/or Arizona Alcohol Awareness certification a plus. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Must possess a Maricopa County Food Handlers Card. Computer Skills Must be computer literate and have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Experience using InfoGenesis preferred. Other Qualifications Must have excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be able to get along with co-workers and be a team player. Must present a cheerful and friendly personality and a well-groomed appearance at all times. Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations. Language Skills Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for prolonged periods of time; walk; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and secondary smoke.
