Job Title: Bell Person at Talking Stick Resort
Department: Hotel Front Office
Reports To: Bell Captain

Escorts arriving and departing guests in a friendly, courteous manner to and from their accommodations, transporting their luggage. Acquaints each guest with room and features.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience:
High School diploma or GED required. Prior guest service or other hospitality experience preferred.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have experience working on PCs and a broad knowledge of current and standard software applications and hotel systems (Microsoft Office, Delphi, Visual One, etc.).

Language Skills
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand for prolonged periods of time; walk significant distances on property; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to secondary smoke and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
